Tais Lemos Crivellenti

Tais is LDA's current General Manager. She started with us in Oct 2007 as a receptionist and in no time she was promoted to Promotions Officer,then School/Admin Manager before gaining her current role.

Her briliant career with us was marked with three Employee of The Year awards (2008, 2009 & 2010) presented by the owners during our fantastic annual event: The LDA BALL.

Tais arrived in Sydney in 2007 with the perfect background to manage a dance school: Dancing since she was a kid she has done years of classical ballet, jazz and capoeira. Of course she was infected with the Latin Dancing bug soon enough, and since 2008 she has been learning latin dance as a hobby.  Zouk, Bachata, Salsa, Samba are among her new passions, giving her "the inside information" to help LDA to provide the best to our students.

Her background starts with a degree in Animal Science but after working in agribusiness' marketing she felt in love for this area and decided to do an MBA in Marketing at FGV (Fundacao Getulio Vargas - One of the best in Brazil) and also completed her Advanced Diploma in Marketing in Australia.

She has 10 years of experience in administration, marketing and events. To further her experiences, in 2009 she was the stage manager of RITMO Brazilian Festival, the biggest Brazilian event in Australia which entertained around 20,000 participants.

Tais has been a living proof of LDA's logo: Managing and Dancing with Passion!!!
